As a real estate broker, I have the privilege of helping buyers and sellers make some of life’s biggest moves, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
Real estate has always been about so much more than buying or selling a home. It’s about people, their lives and helping them move confidently into whatever comes next. I know that buying or selling a home can be exciting, emotional and sometimes overwhelming. There are a lot of decisions to make, details to manage and questions that come up along the way. My job is to make sure you never feel like you’re navigating any of it alone.
I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I want you to feel heard, informed and supported from our very first conversation through closing day...and beyond. That means answering your questions, communicating openly, paying attention to the details and being there when you need me. It means celebrating the exciting moments with you and helping you work through the challenging ones. Sometimes it even means hiking down a steep hill and a whole lot of stairs with prospective buyers because there’s a beautiful waterfront lot they absolutely need to see! Whatever it takes, I show up.
I bring energy and enthusiasm to what I do because I truly love helping people. I also bring the knowledge, organization and attention to detail needed to keep a real estate transaction moving forward. Whether I’m representing a buyer or seller, I believe good communication, honesty and collaboration create a better experience for everyone involved. Most importantly, I never forget that this isn’t simply a transaction. It’s...Your home. Your investment. Your family. Your next chapter.
Outside of work, family is everything to me. My husband and I have been married for over 25 years and raised two wonderful boys. We’re now enjoying the next chapter of life, having gained a wonderful daughter-in-law and are grandparents to our first grandson! We share a love for sports, especially baseball and football, and enjoy traveling together and creating lasting memories with the people we love.
If you’re thinking about buying, selling or simply wondering what your next step might look like, I’d love the opportunity to get to know you, hear what you’re hoping for and help you find the best path forward for you and your family.
Getting you to closing matters, but helping you feel cared for every step of the way matters even more.

I just worked with Shannon on a real-estate transaction where she represented the seller, and I represented the buyer, and she was amazing to work with! Even though she and I worked for our own clients, she never lost sight of the ultimate goal: an on time closing. I found Shannon to be a great communicator, well versed in the details of the contract. She was enthusiastic and prompt with all communications, and I would be thrilled to work with her again! She is a great choice for your real-estate needs!

My husband and I worked with Shannon to sell our 3-storey home in Seahurst. She was a delight to work with - full of energy and enthusiasm, professional, organized, and responsive. One of the features of our home was shared ownership of a waterfront lot. Shannon escorted prospective buyers down and up a rather steep hill and set of steps, without skipping a beat and always with a smile.

My wife and I recently worked with Shannon. She was professional, communicative, honestly the best realtor we have worked with!
Highly recommend using Shannon Anderson from the Keller Williams office in Puyallup.
Travis Sjostrom
We had Shannon Anderson for our real estate broker. We would give her a 10!
She was very honest, accurate and helpful. Putting our home up for sale was a breeze from beginning to end.
We would highly recommend her as your agent.

PRICING STRATEGY
A home priced at market value will attract more buyers than a home priced above market value.
Additionally, a home priced competitively will attract a greater number of potential buyers and increase your chances for an expedited sale!
We will research and create a pricing strategy to maximize the excitement and momentum of your property as soon as it goes live.
Conduct a detailed, custom market analysis.
Understand and consider the unique characteristics and amenities of your home and its location.
Meld my expertise in the real estate market and your expectations around timing and outcomes.
A strong marketing strategy ensures your home is presented at its best and reaches the right buyers.
Through professional presentation, strategic online exposure and targeted promotion, we’ll help your home stand out in today’s market.
MARKETING STRATEGY
To ensure a positive first impression, I will guide you through preparing your home to go live. Exterior features, in tandem with interior staging will be well thought out, creating an experience that will appeal to prospective buyers. This could be as simple as limiting personal affects in the home to professional stagers. This will be a personal and financial decision we will review.
STAGING
I have created strategic partnerships with local professionally trained real estate photographers who will capture stunning, high- quality images of your home for both online and print..
PHOTOGRAPHY
We will determine the best print and digital media strategy for your home, based on the current market, location, features etc. This is not a one-size fits all process; but will ensure that your home is marketed on a vast list of media platforms. Additionally, we will market your listing to the area’s top real estate professionals, affiliate networks, and our personal spheres of influence.
PRINT/DIGITAL MEDIA & NETWORKS
High profile open house events will be coordinated to generate optimal traffic and attract highly qualified buyers.
We will leverage this effort and generate interest with strategic advertising campaigns, door knocking, press releases, newspaper ads, social media broadcasts and website promotion.
